Quilt Market Prep: Gleeful Fabrics

With Quilt Market less than three weeks away, my sewing hands are getting quite the work out. I am so thankful the production yardage for my limited edition line of fabric with Art Gallery, Gleeful, came in earlier than expected because I have been able to do most of the prep work myself!

Let’s talk fabric, first. It. Is. Gorgeous. I know it may be a bit weird for me to say that since they are in fact my designs, but y’all, I am so obsessed with how they turned out! MUCH more beautiful in real life than on a computer screen. And the colors…. oh the colors!! They’re just so cheerful and happy and really resonate with the name of my collection!

I wanted to share some photos with you all of some of the projects I’ve been working on and garments I have been sewing. There’s still a long ways to go, but I am feeling much more confident that everything is going to get done. …Now I just need to get it up to Pittsburgh haha!

I’ve also sewn a “plus” quilt (pattern by Jeni Baker) + a Belladone dress (pattern by Doe and Deer) and yet to come is the Edelweiss Backpack, Eos Dress, Scirocco Dress, a floor pillow, pillows for a chair, and other nick-nacky things to make the booth look extra cute! 😀

Can’t wait to show y’all finished products, hope you don’t mind ;)!
