Sew It All Magazine

Wellllll, it seems that this place has been wildly neglected over the past, oh ten days. I mean, who am I really kidding? It’s been neglected since Christmas! If I am being completely honest, I haven’t had a whole ton of time to sew for the blog– it’s been all business over here. I’ve been getting ready to release my Out and About Dress pattern (PLUS another that will be debuting closer to Spring) and that has really taken up a ton of time.

HOWEVER- I thought I would share a magazine that I was recently featured it– it is so exciting to see a project I created in print!

This project brought me to Seattle, then to Denver (to film for Sew it All TV), and then landed me a 3-page spread in their magazine, Sew it All. It’s funny because I can honestly say that this is not my favorite project. No, not even close. HA! BUT, it’s the one that’s gotten me the most exposure, I suppose, so for that I am grateful.

Sew it All - Chevron Tote Sew it All - Chevron Tote Sew it All - Chevron ToteSO, next time you’re at Barnes and Noble, Jo-Ann, or anywhere else they may sell this magazine, go ahead and pick up a copy of volume 7, flip to page 116, and take a look at my chevron tote tutorial! There are so many other great projects in this issue as well, so be sure to flip through the whole magazine. Also, this project will air on Sew it All TV, Season 7 in March– which I am super excited about as well! I will give you dates + times when I know them :)

I hope you all have a fantastic Friday and a relaxing weekend. I am hoping to enjoy the amazing weather outside!
