The Meridian Cardigan

Featured on BuzzFeed DIY!

This post has really been a long time coming because Rachael of Imagine Gnats emailed me ages ago to test this pattern out for her. I obliged, because, HEY, who wouldn’t wanna sew a cute sweater? And I L-O-V-E how this comfy cozy sweater turned out! I used some random knit from Jo-Ann, thinking I would just use it for a tester, but it turns out that I really like the fabric, so I’ve been wearing the heck out of this thing!

the meridian {for women} is an easy-fitting, reversible cardigan with raglan sleeves. with wrap front panels, the meridian cardi offers multiple styling options. as easy to love as it is to wear, this pattern is sure to be a well-loved wardrobe essential.”

This cardigan is easy to wear, and so fun to style AND Rachael has one for little ones in her shop as well, so you can match your kiddos– if you want! 😉

  1. This looks like a lovely jacket. I’ve seen the ‘shell back’ style in knitted items but don’t have time to knit it. This looks like a good solution.

  2. Love it. Did you make it out of a sweater knit or fleece fabric. My daughter is pregnant and I thought this might be cute to make for her

  3. You are so cute, I have to share your page with my friend who loves to sew. I’m so jealous of your talent, you made some amazing clothes!

Saying hello from East Coast Creative as their new blog assistant! :)
